This is bad. I lived on Whidbey Island for 3 1/2 years in an area water serviced by Cascadia. They ARE horrible. They continually raise rates saying (like they do here) costly infrastructure improvements are needed. Well, they aren't doing them. Thus, they have money to buy into other system and continue the scam. Very sad to see them coming over here.

Clallam County is smack dab in the middle of the “Wildlife Corridor” that stretches from northern Alaska all down the western coast and into Latin America. This “corridor” is part of a “One World Order” plan to be depopulated of all humans with the exception of indigenous peoples. How do you depopulate an entire region? Through poison (COVID/“vaccines”), famine (draught), fiscal deprivation (taxes, inflation) and force (tyranny). Clallam County and Washington state are run by One World Order ideologists (Marxists) and by now you should all know who they are and that the tribes benefit the most from implementation of the Wildlife Corridor. You’ve been warned. Look it up: Klaus Schwab-One World Order/Agenda 2030.

So someone declares a "drought" and the first order of business is to "Save the Salmon"! Next, a global corporation swoops in to save Clallam County from the drought by offering improvements that never materialize, but residents still get hosed by the exorbitant utility bills. It's a man-made crisis designed by a globalist faction to take total control of CC. The question is never answered: What does CC have that these leeches want? Stay alert everyone!

This is an opportunity to get a second kick at the equal protection legal challenge to the Dungeness water rule that Senator Hargrove was afraid of. The as applied challenge. They will flunk trying to show Jimmycomelately and Elwha gets a different standard.

I’d like to hear more about this....

As soon as you can make a connection to the Dungeness water rule and the new fee hike, you can challenge the Dungeness water rule as applied. There are two moments of standing. On its face and as applied. The on its face challenge already happened, and lost in Washington Courts. They never argued whether the Dungeness was entitled the same protection as Elwha and Jimmycomelately. Furthermore, it was litigated in the State sandbox not the federal one. If they get any federal funding you can file it in the District of Columbia , even further away.

What was the result of the co commissioners complaint letter? They won't tell, but French responded he thought the commission wasn't going through with the rate increase. Cascadia is the one raising rates, not the commission Ozias seeking to do what they complained of to others. No surprise is it? Anyone know what's next for those Sequim systems?
