If only the other 99.9% of Clallam County District 1 got equal consideration from Commissioner Ozias as the number of S’Kallam county tribe members. Goes to show that money and megaphone count for more than community needs.

It is so difficult to watch and 'listen' to a pathological liar lie about virtually everything... more so when they have such a powerful position of 'authority' and make choices affecting all of us.

Ozias is mentally ill or mentally blind and I believe he actually believes himself...If we don't replace him and French...also a communist... we are going to see our local government become a parody of the national government... a nightmare of debt, dysfunction, and dependency on ever bigger government...social credit scores, etc...a death spiral if you will.

My focus and prayer is for this information to coalesce into right action by the people of Clallam County and bring fairness, common sense, impartiality, compassion, truth, justice and liberty into prominence. Thank You Jeff! See you for ICE CREAM!

BRAVO Robert! My sentiment exactly!

Like any of the worst of politicians, he simply says "no that's not true", hoping his synchphants nod approvingly... Which they always do. Let's vote this man to his front porch to watch the world go by without him.

Good letter Jeff. You are keeping the fire going for the people of the county.

Thank you, Jeff, for yet another excellent exposé. You provide news for us that PDN tries to hide. You are providing an invaluable function for this community. If you ever want to start a newspaper, I would like to be the first to subscribe. I wonder if the Gazette might be for sale.... I suppose they are, to the Tribe and other special interests, but you know what I mean.

Thank you for helping out the Sequim area citizenry.

You're welcome. I wish the PDN, KSQM, or KNOP would report on these things. After a few more multi-million-dollar mistakes and the county's unfunding, people will wonder how Clallam County went broke because nobody reported on it.

Not a fan of our current Commissioners. Appreciate your coverage of the local news. With that said seeing the growth of the services the Tribe is offering in Blyn, the increased tourism with the traffic that follows and as an East Sequim Bay resident I support the roundabout effort. Its very difficult during the daytime hours to head East on 101 pulling out from East Bay. A reduction of speed to 35 mph for the stretch from the East side of Blyn to the West side of the Casino would be a simple band aid for a few more years. With the development of the Miller Peninsula State Park and more homes on the Miller Peninsula growth has arrived. I believe linking current roads to have a local alternative to 101 should also be a priority.

Truly look forward to CC Watchdog. Thanks for your efforts.

If the road was not the only freight corridor from the bridge to the coast I would agree. As it stands, its no different than the same encroachment Sequim had to build a bypass for. Considering that, explain why Jamestown, Carlsborg, and Port Angeles don't have to be bypassed like Sequim had to be...

How long will it take for the "TRIBE" to install toll booths on 101 at all the fish crossings? After all it's their land.

Its a contempt feature certain democrats possess. Randy Johnson of S'Klallam has it real bad. They only want to talk to fellow goose steppers.

“No but I am beholden to the money! “

Mike East is a former Sequim Planning Commission member in the 90’s and a city council candidate. The J. T. Tribe has to much power and using taxpayer money via grants

To buy up Sequim and the county as sovereign

Property, off the tax roles. this is a long range problem which must be considered through state and federal legislation. I do not think the tribe should be allowed to take over management of facilities either county, state or federal properties just because they are tribal. Time to wake up Clallam County.

The tribe and their representatives are smart, they have a long range plan to take over the county as I vision the situation over 20 years of residency.

Can someone point me to where it was reported the county or representative thereof is quoting this blog CCWatchdog to the county for no other purpose than censorship? I ask because if adverse action is possibly occurring you have recourse given the recent unanimous SCOTUS ruling whereby a person/org can file suit against government personnel (individually) for blacklisting them due to their First Amendment right to free speech.

That was in an email to county staff from Jamestown employee Randy Johnson (not County Commissioner Randy Johnson). So, it was an email from a "sovereign nation." I think that's the one you're thinking of.

Ozias is a solid Socialist and socialists ((AKA Marxists) have no issue with lying to achieve their idealistic goal of destroying this country city by city, county by county).
