Well if you weren't such a truth seeking radical you could play in the sandbox with the cognitive dissonant wokies and the power tripping anti-humanists! Geez!

It's a new low for me but, like a phoenix, I shall rise from the ashes to get banned again.

jthompson@scc.wa.gov , actually returned my call. He is the executive director of the Washington Conservation Commission. I have informed him a tribal member under ICLEI charter is not eligible for non-tribal office. I also stated Jamestown tribal members are disqualified from voting because they are also under ICLEI charter. I found out you have to challenge a voter 45 days before an election. I am going to try and do that this week or at least before the next election. He did confirm alluvium was part of the farming criteria that was supposed to be met. I have to find out how much alluvium distribution remains. Any help on that would be great.

We appreciate you and being banned by foolish ignorant beings is unfortunately a badge of honor.

It is wearying to hold our truth in the face of persecution, prosecution and all the other 'cutions'.

Ethics board, ethics board lets manifest an ethic's board...of course that means being ethical in the first place so no saboteurs or posers need apply. The rights declared in our Constitution should be the rights upheld for all humanity. Unfortunately someones are overriding and blatantly ignoring our rights all over the world. 'People are prone to suffer evils as long as the evils are sufferable'.

Surely we must be close?!

It’s like follow the science, science being the individuals who refuse to look at ALL the facts, they only want to see their facts. Supposedly that is SCIENCE.

I find it to be a little ironic that the tribe is promoting the idea of a reservoir. Meanwhile, everywhere else, a mid-river reservoir is heavily frowned upon if not being removed.

The pushers are saying because the Dungeness is in the rain shadow of the Olympics Sequim receives a lot less rain fall than PA or PT or anywhere plus the glaciers are decreasing in size and with global warming there will be significant problems for the fish & irrigation by 2050. Then why is the dilution the water allowed in the river by creating more channels diluting the main water flow, ie., Railroad Bridge & Towne Road floodplain, claiming returning the river to its natural flow. If it’s about fish build & support a better fish hatchery like Issaquah to grow & protect the small fry & smolt until released in the river & out to SJD. The flood plain may grow fish to a degree until they are preyed upon or perish due to lack of fresh cool oxygenated water, etc. Fish seek out prime habitat and the flood plain is not it. The state is spending tax dollars to create stream habitat so the fish can travel way up stream for food & cool temperatures, not expire in hot pools of an exposed flood plain close to the mouth of a river. If it’s fish invest in the hatchery, if it’s irrigation then create an aqueduct from the Elwah. The California Aquaduct sends water from the less rain hot climate of the Northern Nimbus American River, far from the mouth of the river, to the Southern state over 400-500 miles which has been already proven successful for 55 years. The tribe goes against everything they say their against probably because there is recreation money in it for them & money to control the water for the people of Sequim! Don’t allow a reservoir (dam) close to the mouth of the river used as a testing ground, get water from elsewhere where there is plentiful rain water from the Olympic Mountains.

I have been scratching my head trying to figure out the end game here. The human-created water diversion into a human made flood plain. Birds have shown up, sure. Maybe some frogs. Some lizards. Some toads. Some snakes. Some bugs. Salmon will surely die in a flood plain.

We aren't living in the 16-, 17-, 18-, 1900s. Times have changed and while humans could be considered a blight on the planet (don't mean to offend but there is that thought), we are here and we need to make the best of the resources we have. Conserving, equitably sharing, managing responsibly.Adapting.

All this diverting of water is crazy. Diverting water for what purpose? What's the end game here? Make us all go extinct sooner rather than later? Killing the river and the salmon doesn't seem like the best move.

Well dang Pepai, there you go spilling truth and common sense all over government bureaucracy! The long term plan is to eliminate most people, concentrate the rest in 15 minute cities and let nature take back what was its before us. I don't know how to behave under these circumstances. If it's not one thing...it's two or more! Things were a lot more like they used to be than they are now. Blessings and Thanks!
