EXCELLENT expose'! So many politicians are crooked. It's truly shameful that politics and integrity go together like oil and water, or should I say snake oil and sewer water?

You always have a way with words N.O.I. Lemme guess your career... do you write those touching phrases inside Hallmark cards?

Thanks for your thorough and thoughtful research regarding the Happy Valley connection here. I've wondered WHO was behind the shut down of the gravel pit there - too bad Ozias is such a tool of the $$$ rather than the people!! STAY PESKY!!!!

You're welcome Bonnie, that gravel pit was there before any houses were. I saw it clearly on a 1980 aerial image and Ozias' house wasn't built yet.

It’s also worrying that threats to harm a family were employed to coerce them to drop the petition… thugs

You're welcome, Jamie! I bet you thought you'd read your last article about gravel pits :)

About halfway through the article, there is an extremely well written Public Records Request. I would serve anyone interested in filing a PRR as a template for doing so. Just change names and dates!!!! Once again, well done Jeff.

Thanks Jeff, your diligence and efforts are appreciated It’s apparent this guy doesn’t deserve the trust of the community he represents.we should look at alternatives to his continued stay in office.

Thanks John, that means a lot coming from you. When I ask about what we can do, the most common response I get is, "that's what elections are for."

Wow...wow...wow...what a jerk Ozias is...a total self serving jerk! What else awaits discovery...

I never know until I click on a public record... So far it's been a gold mine.

Par for the course it seems. I’m still fighting to get the noise ordinance changed to include non emergency use of generators. Ozias certainly has learned how to play the game.

I bet you could get that ordinance changed if a "certain someone" lived within 600 feet of you ;)

I’m absolutely positive of it.

The wife of Mark Ozias not taking his last name is very telling. And not surprising.

This bullshit has been going on behind the curtain for a long ass time. Thank you Clallam County Watchdog for shining a light on this quite severe misuse of power. It’s really disturbing these assholes keep getting re-elected. Wtf?!??

You're welcome Kirsten. I think I was asleep at the wheel with everyone else. It's possible I even voted for Ozias, I can't really remember now. I know my mom was a big fan of his.
