Its not a government mechanism worth keeping. When the first thing any kind of government does is lie to you, its time for it to go. NODC has lied twice. Hopefully this message gets out. Good Job Jeff. Thanks.

Excellent expose', Jeff. Ozias seems to stink more and more.

And, what does "Water projects will be assigned to the Dungeness River Management Team, a partnership of stakeholders, co-led by the county and Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, that aims to establish prioritization for water use and ensure water supply for homeless and transient populations." mean? Why are homeless and transient populations singled out? Is city water not good enough for them? Are our tax monies supposed to provide them with recreational water facilities? What? What is meant/implied by this statement?

I'd love to know. The Tribe has a standing invitation to the People's Forum on April 11th, I hope they accept so we can ask them.

Wanna bet management of the reservoir will be transferred to the Tribe as son as it's built?

Management of the reservoir would mean management of the irrigation which sends water to the aquifer recharge stations for the wells.

'The Tribe' is Not the local natives who receive very little benefit from this enterprise other than some decent jobs for some. 'The Tribe' is a wholly owned subsidiary of the globalist elites who 'own' almost everything (they graciously 'allow' us to occupy our homes and 'property'...for now). It can't be proven at this point of course as the truth is obscured and buried, but there is no way the casinos are generating that much cash to buy up all these properties and build and expand drug centers (they are peddling their own brand of drugs, so not a misnomer to call them drug centers) and influence gov't at every level. They have bought up much of the Town of Forks and buildings left vacant. Notice all the empty storefronts in Sequim as well...vacant for years...who can afford to sit on vacant commercial property for years? Some one or some thing that doesn't have to pay taxes on that property? There has to be massive money laundering through the casinos to do all they do. Let Truth, Justice and Liberty prevail.🙏🏼🤞👍🏼🥸 I don't know how we will prevail but try we must...it's great to be an enemy of 'the state'!

The Sequim MAT clinic opened in 2022 and has given the Tribe a HUGE influx of tax free $$$$ since. By my math the MAT clinic has the potential to bring $393,652,500 in tax free revenue to the JSK Tribe in 2024--if the clinic is run at its max capacity of 300 outpatients per day with each patient allowed 5 encounters per day at the taxpayer funded rate of $719 (Medicaid) or $667 (Medicare) per encounter. Those are 2024 rates as dictated by the Federal government:

https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/12/19/2023-27815/reimbursement-rates-for-calendar-year-2024.

The 2023 rates were only slightly below that rate (+/- $100) and respectively for the 2022 rates.

I will always appreciate this website, because the administrator does not mind posts that take government to task. It feels good to get this topic out. Next Door was a huge disappointment.

I sued the Puget Sound Regional Council, a NODC equivalent. (Worthington v Puget Sound Regional Council. No. 21-2-00208-7 SEA ), and lost because the judge ruled they were volunteers and could not be sued. (Ozias said that too) That was before I found the financial trail. The County and City of Port Angeles, provide money to the NODC members. They are not volunteers, they are paid by the County and a city to develop policy.. I am ready to give it a go once more. The PSRC gave in to the PRA. They knew they were a function of government and would have lost the PRA case. NODC is digging in.

The tribal members I am friends with are wonderful people. Salt of the earth. I know very little about the Tribal leadership; although there are many rumors. It strikes me as odd that Towne Road concerns are looking so bad for the Commissioner. Does he not know that someone (anyone?) like John can find all this information online? That Jeff using FOIA requests can reconstruct conversations and decision making out of the public view? The same kind of influences from foreign countries are happening in Jefferson County right now.

Holy crap, you guys! I just looked into the ICLEI! What a den of globalist vipers! Can't find anything on their funding but they seem to have a lot of millions to pass around to the "right" people and places. Another deep rabbit hole community with acronyms sprouting out of every orifice.

Oregon is shutting off water to small, and I mean SMALL, farmers/ranchers. The feds have made rules that EVERYBody with poultry MUST register their birds with the 'gov't'. The creeping globalists have cast their net and are reeling it in. Notice, no one is asking...they are all Telling us how it's going to be. OMG Jeff, You nailed it once again! I have a friend who has been quietly exposing One World Order and its "you will own nothing and you will be happy" mantra. More and more people are waking up to the World Economic Forum's agenda, which is depopulation of the world to a "sustainable" 500 million people, mostly Asian because "they are used to being controlled." Teh rest of humanity they will create into trans-humans (mind controlled. Lovely, no?

These are two links: One from Wikipedia because it's a great summary of WEF's agenda and one from the WEF's website. Start digging around people, but really dig into WEF's older reports. They are now in repair mode because people are waking up. In 2024 WEF is trying to rebrand (hide their real agenda).

Mark Ozias and Mike French both follow One World Order ideology or, as Mike French said at a recent Commissioner meeting, "Build Back Better," the old phrase before "One World Order." Even demented Joe stopped using Build Back Better and refers to One World Order, so get with it Mr. French (I know you're reading these.)

The map of the US they hope to make the US into is stunning, although I have only seen small pieces. Our government is run by many entities outside our government. Looks like a free for all from here. But there are places that have more claims on them than others. The water fight is a national one. Many foreign players. All out of the public eye. Our Country is on her knees.

I just joined this group yesterday and was a bit disappointed. I saw a bunch of lists, some required for the documents, but no actual evidence of anything. Just some boring documents with some unsupported conclusions by the moderator. Is the point to denigrate Ozias? Are you trying to say he's a Nazi? Maybe just say it then instead of hiding behind your convoluted newsletter. I don't support Ozias any more than you do. I do support an honest dialogue however.

I don't like singling anyone out. I like to show a bad policy and challenge public officials on that bad policy. I did that. Mr. Ozias stuck foot in mouth because he saw the reaction of the audience and acted in defense of a non-government organization leveraging process that buys policy. In this case bad policy.. To say there is no evidence of anything would not be true. Its not convoluted at all. Its a commissioner caught lying. Its also an illustration of why the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) is so vital to the American process and why socialism, communism and tribalism suck...because they don't have that process. The NODC doesn't want to provide emails, or any other document. I bet NOPLE takes the same route. Why? Because they are caught jumping from one foot to the other on salmon restoration/ watershed management/stormwater policy. Without an APA process they never have to explain or be challenged in court administratively. The Democrats love NGO's, because they can come straight down the nose and never be challenged administratively. That's why Ozias has to protect his NGO. Right now they are so wrong on Elwha, Dungeness, Jimmycomelately policy. None of them are natural restored ecosystems. Each river, even the Dungeness is not natural. How many natural rivers have reservoir systems? How many natural rivers need a back hoe to dredge a tributary, They are so far in over their heads they can only lie about policy. Worst part is not being able to drag them into a court under the APA.

Ozias is singling himself out by his arrogant, unapologetic, narcissistic behavior.

Of course he isn't the only one, just one of the foot soldiers for the shadowy organization called NWO et al. You have to destroy things in order to

'build back better' and they are doing their best...so must we...my best isn't my old best but it's still my best.🙂

Funny..Ozias called them lists too... They are a list alright. A list of goals every member of the NODC agreed to pursue, fund and implement. Of course he gets the last word and can now avoid the visual aides showing more of his lies. Now his wife and other members of the other "peanut gallery" can go up and say conspiracy theory...The democracy they have to save from Trump is not much of a democracy.

That is why they have denied having public hearings for any of the NGO (NODC/NOPLE) projects. The Peninsula Daily news never publishes a retort to the tribal letters to the editor. The narrative is controlled from start to finish.

She gave up her realty license to get on the board of the port in order to sell John Wayne Marina...privatize it and re-develop the marina into high end larger slips as well as develop the uplands into high end condos and homes. I attended gaslight meetings as I was a live aboard at the marina at the time. She and Connie B. were unabashedly lying about everything and could not/would not answer any direct questions. Connie even held her microphone to the side and asked one questioner if they could talk later in private, so unbelievably obvious and arrogant. They are so used to sleepers falling for their B.S. and they are still working on 'the plan'. I'm not sure why they backed off but I hope my letter to PDN editor was passed on to her and she didn't want that to get more public. The blog published Freedom Of Information Act documents showing one County Commissioner told the public one thing but acted on plans going a different direction. That government representative recently made claims that are proven ti be completely false. From online records and public websites. If you go back and read the entries dating back to September 2023, which I did, you will come to understand why so many Sequim citizens are so upset. It is very clear. Have you read? I mean, do you see why people are asking for transparency when allocating millions of taxpayer (mine and yours) dollars in a different direction than was previously agreed upon, and publicly promised? I am glad you want to know, and have posted your concerns. I have been called a racist by people because I educated myself on the history that has happened.
