Another great, eye-opening article, Jeff! It seems to be a national epidemic of lack of ethics and integrity, with no accountability and a whole lot of corruption. It takes ‘We the People’ to stand up and hold our government accountable, and it starts at the local level! Let’s restore Clallam County’s code of ethics!

More fun "finds" about Clallam County................well done Jeff! Keep wearing pesky!!!!

He did great for our community last night and drew a great crowd. He unselfishly used his assets to bring in Brandi and Nicole. Then he put on a show. Thanks Jeff and others who helped and participated.

You're welcome, but thank you, John (and everyone), for coming out. Brandi and Nicole were gobsmacked at how engaged Sequim is, and the Elks raised a ton of money for their generous community programs. Thanks to Tom Ash for the pizza and cake giveaway. This town rocks!

Did anyone get this on film? I'm sorry to live so darn far away (and Jeff won't give me back my house!!!!)

If you clean it, you can have it back.

To quote Chuck Schumer, adapted locally, "I want to tell you, Ozias; I want to tell you, Johnson: I want to tell you, French: You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won't know what hit if you go forward with these awful decisions."

We must mount a campaign to eliminate mollusks like Ozias from ever be-sliming our county government again, and put teeth back into our ethics laws that they cannot circumvent.

Jeff - thank you for the education. I know who I'll be voting for.

I'm consistently impressed with your ability to distill information in a way that is easily understood. That compliment goes for a lot of you here who add commentary....your ability to share your knowledge, experience and understanding of so many of these county issues is appreciated. (I even enjoy all the opinions ... even those I might not fully agree with).

My morning jacket: What the hail far …. The quiescence of a sleepy community but…….. waking up feels good! Thank you for the fire starter Jeff. I see that Steve Tharinger ran from the cesspool…typical! These scoundrels knew exactly what they were doing and took advantage of position! Oh quick let’s just get rid of any law that could see us jailed for …..oh let’s say graft, bribery and all of the nasty things we can decorate our commissioner charcuterie board with! Time to rise and shine.. be careful Jeff these are weird times and you are a valuable commodity.

"..be careful Jeff.." I agree with this statement. Many people who don't agree with how things are being said or done (I am talking about people who are not on this forum) are getting more aggressive. I had the same thought about all of us (and especially Jeff) taking extra care when the topic of tribal influence originally came up. It's better to be a little paranoid and safe than to assume everyone will behave maturely and responsibly.

Thanks; I appreciate it. People are already spreading rumors about me, like I wear white after Labor Day. That's just low. If you see a picture of me wearing open-toed shoes before Memorial Day, it is likely generated by A.I. I was brought up right, my mother would have a fit.

:)...just because you're paranoid doesn't mean somebody is not out to get you! Hellers Catch 22

Ok. Brandi said it last night. One party rule. That means judges Too. Our only hope is to find a misuse of a federal fund somewhere. In that instance, you can write the agency that provided the funds and request they act on your complaint. If they do not, you can sue the federal agency that gave them the money for failing to act on your complaint. That forum ends at the U.S. Supreme Court not the One Party Supreme Court. The foreign allegiances with ICLEI along with NODC members oath that they work for and live on tribal lands despite the point no point treaty of 1855, is a wonderful conflict of interest case that just might get the attention of the U.S. Supreme Court. Now the NODC oath that they work for and live on tribal lands despite the point no point treaty of 1855, is on the record and conflicts with federal funds for American projects.. (The former political globalist Jim Stoffer’) has officially joined team Towne Road open spaces and trails.) Fawn Sharp's own testimony solidifies the global deception and so does a lot of other evidence.

so I dug a little into that reservoir deal.... so far my findings are: the original estimate of cost .... now thru the roof..... geo data not complete...... why that location...

Expand full comment

They can divert to the irrigation system and to the Dungeness in emergencies from that location. That is another dead give away they plan to use the reservoir bad methane and stagnant water and all, when they said it confuses salmon..

So before the original levee was breached were the salmon becoming confused ... possibly by contaminate from said near by farm with creek?

A reminder that M. Ozias came from the Food Bank before becoming county commissioner and now this clown is running the economic development council. Hollywood couldn’t even write this. Running a successful business should be a minimum requirement for being on said council.

Has anyone pulled the 990 IRS return for the NODC? It will be a good idea to do this for the DLTA as well (once they file).

My husband is a trained professional observer of people. Has an uncanny ability to recognize behavior, personality and project possible behavior... and has been employed here in Sequim in a specific location to see the habits of the our population at their best and worst... the man mentioned is one of those... I always play devils advocate but he,to date he is 9.98% usually right!

Don’t ask why he married me, I’m such a silly person, idk... but u r on the $ abt the big O in the room!

Seeing Jim Stoffer’s name on any list makes me want to gag. That guy has screwed up everything he touches and is now screwing ESD114.

Expand full comment

That's the guy that took the NODC oath in the hearing. Nice to know every time a federal fund went through his hands he was working for the tribes... while an American public official.

Hey Barney guys..lets get 14 years of federal money and then tell them we were working for the tribes the whole time. What are they putting in the punch at the globalist water buffalo lodge.

What do WE, THE PEOPLE, have to do to change the law, once and for all, to ENFORCE the code of ethics? Without enforcement, it allows mollusks like Ozi-ass, and future asses, to give us the middle finger time and time again. Would a referendum do it and make it so that the asses can't override it?
