As far as I'm concerned, one of our most valuable resources in Clallam County is Jeff Tozzer! We are beneficiaries of his tireless work to dig deep and inform the public. We appreciate and thank you, Jeff...our "Tozzer with the Dozer"!

That's so kind. Thank you for not rhyming with "poser", "panty hoser", or "brown noser." Thanks also for putting me up there with other valuable resources like lumber and tourism. Will people be cutting me in half to count my rings or drive by as I trot along and eat Wonder Bread out of car windows?

Thank you for naming the people who prefer to use bureaucratic anonymity to push our community in the direction that fits their agenda. They hide behind board rooms, NGO’s, tribes, and environmental activism. Pointing a finger at these people and shining a bright light on their plans is exactly how we begin to free ourselves from the infiltration they have achieved. Elected officials have some measure of accountability, but unelected bureaucrats at every level of society have been given the reigns of power for far too long. It’s time to identify and admonish.

The far left must be defeated. Start with Ozias in Clallam. I am a right of center Dem and like Fetterman and Manchin, I no longer recognize the harmful crazy party.

WATER HIGH HERE NO CHANGE THERE. Yes you see that in a glass of water don't you? Ever notice your glass sitting on the counter one side of the inside of the glass is a couple of inches higher than the other. There is indeed magic. Thankfully the computer model has been programmed to show this new natural law of nature. Now when our new far left says, "It's SCIENCE man!", just look at the computer model.....

Wonderful exposé. The stakeholder group that created an International political sub division. Clallam County did have someone there. Janine Reed. Her purpose, harass homeowners into relocation.

If they don't want to pay fair price for each parcel, it would be handy to get someone in the County to start failing septic systems, demand that wells need to be recertified and tested, and demand a few dozen other criteria be met. I bet that would get some discounted property on the market for the government to snatch up.

The county failed our septic system 9 years ago -- it took $32k (back then) to fix it and now we pay every year to get it inspected. I get nervous every time it gets inspected and I start wondering if it will fail again. How many cycles of a failing septic would we have to go through before we walked away and said, "offer me anything and this property is yours"?

Refuse to comply. Unfortunately these 'modern' septic systems are more fragile and less durable and most of the poop and pee end up going into the ground anyway.

Our 'new ' system (2018) made it 5 years before it HAD to be pumped. It tested fine except the tanks were filling up...same with any proper septic system. Also it is mostly just 2 of us with occasional visitors so that is different from a commercial set up with many people using the system...We had to pay $1000 for a permit to continue to draw from a private well and our water is currently monitored by an electronic metering device. The infrastructure is in place to make water so expensive that we will have a Las Vegas style water restriction system implemented sooner or later. And STILL they permit almost unlimited development (as long as there is enough money to be had from it). It is truly insane and here we are right in the middle of it. Good thing we are not our bodies! Thanks Jeff and All. Nero fiddled while Rome burned?

You're welcome, Robert. Sorry to hear about your septic woes... there is no "cheap" septic problem -- everything costs lots of money.

So let if your well is metered are they charging you for your own water? Or is that the next step on their plan?! Wow I just am to scream! Jeff has exposed so much and I’m thankful but Omg there is sooo much they are doing against we the taxpayers instead of working for us l. I mean dang it we are paying their salary. I saw on another post or thread whatever a gentleman posted about the ICLI or something that the tribe has joined OMG did you go on there their website and check them out that’s a nightmare. And apparently there’s some bills that were passed by Washington state that gives the tribes the right to be the deciding factor in many things in and lots of counties like we are having with the town Road, it’s a law now that they can do that

Thanks June. We are paying a flat rate now on a private well (not ours) but they (the gov't) plan on charging by volume eventually. It's 'just' for monitoring at this point. I have to say we developed a leak in an old yard hydrant and may not have noticed it without the meter. It had leaked over a million gallons which was undetectable on the surface and I found it by listening to the various faucets with a wooden rod (like a stethoscope) and could hear it 2 feet down. So that's an upside to a meter.

Maybe a good scream now and then would help blow off some steam for all of us. Too bad screaming doesn't have much effect on corruption.

The communists (Kruschev I think) said they would take America without firing a shot. This is how they operate... by infiltration...over time...incrementally. The banksters and the communists and a society with weak values...it's a sad situation. Maybe we can prevail but it's probably going to be a rough ride.🤨

"unlimited development" is a tool to force a "water emergency" which will allow them to Meter ALL private wells and ration/limit use.

Hi Leo, where did you get those terms from? ("water emergency" and "unlimited development.")

Expand full comment

"Unlimited development" is from the post we are commenting on.

"Water Emergency" is the term used every time we are in drought conditions when municipalities limit water usage. Using the "Emergency Powers Act" in the RCW. is how you close roads or ration water, but first you have to have a reason to declare an emergency. Allow unlimited development to the point water resources are stretched and sufficient to declare an emergency and you can force well monitoring on all wells. Grandfathered or not!!!!

Opened Substack earlier this morning here in Kauai…. Made me sick to my stomach… remembering how people marched on Dr. Frankenstein with pitch forks and torches… I’ve yen day to ruminate on this.

I would like to see the published work with the model they are speaking of in their “program” the running. Who the publisher is in the least so it’s searchable.

Thanks Jeff for the scrutiny ❣️

BTW...this takeover is not limited to our area or state. Oregon is already cutting off water to the farm-to-market folks and Idaho just cut off water to 500,000 acres of cropland affecting 6000 farmers. Texas is doing land-grabs, so even the more conservative states have been co-opted into the NWO agenda. Folks, demo-cide and starvation are on the table if these communists prevail...study the history... disarm and kill patriots and starve and murder the requisite numbers to get compliance from the rest. Sorry to be negative but that is the course of history, so far, in the human drama. If this is to be different we need miracles. The only upshot I can see is that many if not most of the minions will be despatched as soon as their usefulness is used up.🙂

We are in a captured state of governmental control. (govern=control...mental=mind). This is an old story...

All we can do is comply or resist...'Starwars' Cyborg Culture' says 'resistance is futile' but I will hopefully go down fighting rather than whimpering. 'They' have their tentacles in every aspect of our lives and 'they' have been conditioning and training the 'controller minions' for generations.

There is not much chance this process can turn out well for all involved. Either Liberty will prevail or tyranny...right now the tyrannical has (apparently) the upper hand...the stacked deck.

Policies are being implemented in secret or semi-secret fashion with no due public process.

There is an old saying that 'the people get the government they deserve'. If true then we are pretty pitiful as a society. I hope and pray that bringing light to bear will cause positive and peaceful change...but the 'controllers' are devoting a lot more energy to the situation than the average person...it seems to be their sole purpose to save the world from us...excluding themselves of course...and we are PAYING THEM to undermine us! Bless you Jeff and all the others contributing to the conversation and awareness.

Sincerely, Robert

Sorry!! I hit the wrong answer for the survey. My answer is NOT "Yes", it is "NO!!" We've been hearing this issue crop up from time to time at the BoCC meetings. The Commissioners seem to think that it is just another topic to bring to the table to discuss and consider. Not one of them mentions a concern or a modicum of astonishment that eminent domain is in motion. The government is overreaching and overbearing, as usual. News flash: You are NOT the smartest people in the room. The citizens of CC are awake, aware, and aghast at our local elected and non-elected officials' apathy and inadequacies. Thank you, Jeff, for the information and the update. Where would we be without you?

You're welcome, Denise. Where would you be without me? I'd be a lot happier without me.

I have sheep that have no idea what I'm about to do to them until they are on their backs getting their hooves trimmed... sometimes I want to be that blissfully unaware. While some articles leave me "amused", this one ended up leaving me "panicked." A scheme to seize private property below fair value, and it's all backed by "leaders." Oh well, I think my punch card says my next therapy session is free.

The broken record says the ICLEI agreement targets "service providers" to be among the "shareholders" for the purpose you describe.

https://idrc-crdi.ca/sites/default/files/openebooks/448-2/index.html

• service providers: those people who control and manage services;

• service users: those people who use and are affected directly by services;

• parties whose interests are indirectly affected by the impacts of the service or service system; and

• parties with a particular knowledge related to the service or the service environment.

The development of Action Plans is usually an iterative process in which specialist Working Groups prepare specific proposals and submit these to the larger Stakeholder Group.

The proper selection of participants for the Stakeholder Group and its Working Groups is perhaps the most critical step in establishing a partnership planning process. The composition of the participants will determine both the legitimacy of the Group and its ability to develop new ideas, insights, and consensus for action. As a rule, it is important to always include service user representatives and representatives of groups who are traditionally underrepresented in planning efforts. Worksheet 1 presents a matrix exercise that can help in the identification of partners for the Stakeholder and Working Groups. Checklist 1 can then be used to verify that representation is inclusive for effective sustainable development planning.

Once the desired representatives are identified, the process of negotiation begins over the terms for their participation. These negotiations can be used to develop a committed membership for the Stakeholder Group and to establish the terms of reference for the planning partnership.
