I heard someone in the boardroom gallery say, "I smell cow manure." I detected a waft of lutefisk too. Now I'm not sure if it was from the Commissioners or if that strong Norwegian/Texan DNA of yours is coming through :) Thanks for the support Kärin.
My guess is the smell of lutefisk was coming from the Commissioners! Norwegian DNA has the sweet smell of lefse, buttered and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar!
