Yes thank you Jeff for stepping up and leading us all to the truth about what is happening with the Towne road and much more, great work!

I count 17 protesters. Even if the group had a 25% turnout, that’s still not enough constituents to worry about having to appease. Pave the road!

Another great article showcasing the “rules for thee, not me” attitude that seems to be prevailing in the levee saga. Open the gate, throw away the keys, pave the road!

So, 2+ years ago !. ENOUGH, There is a bridge to ? 1 block east of river, what is that about. ? OPEN TOWNE RD, I go by every day over bridge of Dungeness. 2 maybe 5 autos.in park lot. Folks not walking true south on levee, but south along river path to west. This is nonsense. Volunteer hospice, hodpital, fing food for needy, pass out books to kids, Join humane society, adopt a pet. Fund immigrant's. BE USEFULL to comminity, GET A WELL LIFE>.

That SHOULD be enough of the ENTIRE community for Ozias to say, "See, no one wants the road. Majority of Sequim said so!!!" Haaaaa

Somebody should make a salmon v. concrete sign and plant it by the 7 cedars parking lot.

Not trying to be picky or anything, but that railing along the road is illegal. While it meets WISHA requirements for a construction site, it does not meet IBC for a railing.

I believe the IBC was amended to allow mylar balloons to replace proper railing structure.

If the DLTA can get an injunction, the state courts will say its ok to have a ton of concrete by the casino properties by a river, but not in a river without a casino.

Somebody in the Dungeness community that is affected are will have to intervene in the state case and make a claim of equal protection. If someone does not make a federal claim for relief an injunction will be granted.

The County will show up and argue state law and nobody would say a thing.

In my opinion, the inherent right to live in a community where equal development of riverside property is a mandatory constitutional right that the Supreme Court will be interested in.

The state stuff is in the bag for the Democrats...All one party.

I have a NEPA trick under my sleeve thanks to the global input they received. NEPA is federal. Another way to get this into federal court and out of the judicial sand box filled with blue sand.

On Brandi Kruse's comments. I take offense to the "they are coming to get you" twice stated comment. IF you claim to want two party system/coments. .NO ONE IS COMING FOR YOUR IDEAS TO STOP THEM. Then act in polite . social, decorum manner. NO ONE IN my thoug,ht, same mind is trying to deny you any right you deem as yours. In 1776, a one shot musket was the gum. King George was trying to keep t hose guns out of English citizen immigrants to new world hands. Hence 2nd amendment, NOT A machine gun. Coming forward Wyatt Earp banned 6 shooter hand & rifle guns in western towns he officiated in, . IF you need an AK ? whatever multi shooter. Try gun lessons to be able to shoot an animal in one shot. Who wants LEAD in their meat.

With all due respect, you don't know what you are talking about when it comes to the 2nd Amendment and gun rights. And, what does this have to do with Towne Road???
